Apps and services covered

This deletion pathway is provided by Tedlance Solutions Pvt Ltd for Apps and services published under the Tedlance developer account, including, where applicable, ZeroScienceLab, eCounter, CodRx, and other Tedlance-branded Apps.

If your account is managed by a school, employer, clinic, or other organization, we may coordinate with its authorized administrator before completing the request.

Information to include

1. The name of the Tedlance App or service.
2. The email address or mobile number associated with the account.
3. Your organization, school, clinic, or business name if the account is managed.
4. A clear statement that you want the account and associated data permanently deleted.

Do not email your password, OTP, payment-card number, government ID, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens after you request deletion

1. Acknowledgement: We aim to acknowledge your request within 7 business days.
2. Verification: We may ask for limited information necessary to confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the account.
3. Deletion: After verification, we aim to complete the request within 30 days unless applicable law requires or permits a different period.
4. Confirmation: We will confirm when deletion is complete or explain any data that must be retained and why.

You do not need to reinstall an App to use this pathway. Where an App includes an in-app deletion option, you may use either method.

Data normally deleted or de-identified

Subject to the App and the verified account, deletion generally covers:

• The app account, profile, and authentication association.
• Personal contact and account-management information.
• User-created content and records stored for that account, unless the content belongs to or must be retained by an organization under its agreement or applicable law.
• App activity and settings that remain linkable to the account.
• Associated data held by processors acting on our instructions, where applicable.

Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.

Data that may be retained for limited reasons

We may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for legal, tax, accounting, healthcare, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory obligations. Retained data is restricted from ordinary product use and kept only for the applicable obligation or retention period.

Backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle. If any information cannot be deleted immediately, we will explain the category and the applicable reason or retention criteria when responding to the request.

Subscriptions and managed accounts

Google Play subscriptions: Account deletion does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future renewal.

Organization-managed accounts: If a school, employer, clinic, or business controls the account, it may be the data controller and may need to authorize or complete parts of the request. We will direct or coordinate the request appropriately.
